Yes! I provide 100% virtual therapy for adults in Arizona and Colorado only. Telehealth allows you to engage in therapy from your own space, giving you privacy, convenience, and flexibility to fit sessions into your busy life. Research shows virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person care.


I use SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Once you become a client, you’ll have access to your Client Portal where you can:

  • Schedule and manage appointments

I work with adults in their 20s through post-retirement years in Arizona and Colorado, including older adults who may use Medicare. I enjoy supporting individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, grief, trauma, narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, and other challenges. My approach is tailored to your needs and goals.


Therapy is individualized. Most clients start with weekly sessions and may transition to bi-weekly or monthly as they feel ready. If therapy concludes, I provide guidance for follow-up or reconnecting in the future.


As a licensed LCSW in Arizona and Colorado, I can only provide services to clients physically located in these states during sessions. You must be present in Arizona or Colorado for sessions to take place.

If your insurance is not listed, please contact me to discuss options. For clients using out-of-network insurance, I provide superbill documentation for reimbursement.


Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a session to avoid being charged the full session fee. Policies are reviewed as part of the intake process.
